Huobi Global was established by Leon Li in 2013, initially based in China. In 2017, after China’s crackdown on cryptocurrency exchanges, Huobi Global offices were moved to Singapore, then ultimately the Republic of Seychelles. Huobi Global is available in most countries around the world, but it does not support a few countries, including the United States and Japan. Houbi Global has only a small user base despite its efforts to break in. The reason is simple, they are legitimate SCAMMERS. I’m going to expose them in this post. Yes, they have announced that they are shutting down their services. They have asked customers to withdraw their funds. But that does not mean all customers will be able to withdraw. Most people are facing issues in withdrawal.
Is Huobi Global Legit?
Huobi was founded in 2013 since then they have been working as a legitimate company. They have worked out to list all popular cryptocurrencies. They have tried to lure new customers with a minimum of 1 GBP deposit. But still, they couldn’t expand their customer base and now shutting down.
Is Huobi Global Secure?
Yes, they claim that they are the most secure cryptocurrency exchange. But how this security can be a blessing in disguise for its customers is not revealed by many websites that write biased reviews.
They have many layers for account verification. But that verification process starts after your deposit when you try to withdraw. I will discuss this in the next paragraph.
How Huobi Global is SCAMMING?
As I said earlier they claim to be the most secure exchange. But they are using this as a tool to SCAM people. Let me explain this.
Account opening is very easy and simple. Once you open an account, you can deposit easily and start trading. The verification process starts once you try to withdraw your profit.
They will ask you for your ID, address verification, and a photo with your ID. But keep rejecting your address verification. You can contact their customer support but they will not reply to you. And one day you will receive a ban.
I am not just saying this because this happened to me. I have submitted all my original documents one by one but they have rejected all although I use the same for verification on Binance.
A lot of people are being SCAMMED in the same way. You can check real reviews on trust pilot(Check Now). They have a rating of only 1.9/5 on Trust Pilot. A lot of people are complaining about the same issue that I have faced.
Verdict
