• Cadastrar suas faturas no débito automático ou no recebimento por e-mail;
• Informar a leitura do seu medidor;
• Consultar seu histórico de consumo.

Como acessar
Basta utilizar seu CPF ou CNPJ junto com sua senha da nossa agência virtual. A mesma cadastrada lá no site da Elektro.
Primeiro acesso
Caso você ainda não tenha acessado a nossa agência virtual, você pode fazer este cadastro pelo próprio aplicativo. Basta clicar em “Novo cadastro” e seguir as instruções. Se precisar pedir uma ligação nova para um imóvel que ainda não tenha fornecimento de energia elétrica, clique no botão “Solicitar Ligação Nova” na tela inicial.
