O Defensoria RJ é o aplicativo que coloca a Defensoria Pública do Rio de Janeiro mais próxima de você. Neste mundo cada vez mais digital, é sempre bom poder acessar informações e serviços de maneira rápida e cômoda. Por isso, o app visa encurtar a distância e facilitar o contato entre o cidadão e a instituição.  
Basta instalar, se cadastrar com seus dados pessoais e fazer a verificação da sua identidade. O aplicativo estará à sua disposição para agendamento de atendimentos remotos e presenciais; encaminhamento de documentações; consulta, remarcação e cancelamento de agendamentos; interação entre os usuários e a Defensoria; além de acompanhamento e informações sobre processos, intimações e ações ajuizadas pelo órgão. 
Com esta nova ferramenta, ficará ainda mais fácil procurar os serviços da Defensoria e receber um retorno sobre o seu processo.  
O aplicativo vem para agregar na prestação de serviços da Defensoria e será mais um canal de acesso ao órgão junto ao 129, telefone do Centro de Relacionamento com o Cidadão (CRC) e as sedes espalhadas por todo o Estado.
