【CLINICS (クリニクス) とは】
CLINICSは、あなたの通院をサポートするオンライン診療・服薬指導アプリです。
このアプリを使うことで、ご自宅などから医師との診察・薬剤師との服薬指導が受けられ、クレジットカード決済の後、ご自宅等でお薬を受け取ることができます。

オンライン診療・服薬指導以外にも対面診療の予約や、薬局へ処方箋事前送信して待ち時間なくお薬を受け取れたり、お薬手帳でお薬情報を記録して薬局へ開示することができたりと、日常の通院シーンを幅広くサポートするアプリとなっています。

※原則、オンライン診療は対面診療で医師の許可を得ると可能になります。
※また、すべての症状・病気でオンライン診療を受けられるわけではありません。初診からオンライン診療を利用する場合、医師の判断で通院を求められたり、他の医療機関へ直接受診するように勧められることもあります。オンライン診療を始める際の疑問点などは、医師と相談の上オンライン診療をご利用ください。

【オンライン診療の流れ】
1.診療所検索・予約
病院・診療所をさがして、日時選択、問診入力、予約を進めましょう。
（対面診療の予約も可能です！）

2.オンライン診療
予約した日時に病院・診療所から呼び出し通知が来ますので、ビデオチャットでオンライン診療を開始します。診察後、登録したクレジットカードにて自動で決済されます。

3.薬局検索・申し込み
病院・診療所からアップロードされた処方箋データをもとにオンライン服薬指導先の薬局を選び、申し込みましょう。

4.オンライン服薬指導
申し込みした日時に呼び出し通知が来ますので、ビデオチャットでオンライン服薬指導を受け、お薬を用意してもらいます。

通常の来院時の診療と同様、診察費が掛かります。その他、病院・クリニックによっては予約料が掛かることがあります。アプリに登録したクレジットカードで決済が行われます。
◇オンライン服薬指導について
お薬代とお薬を登録住所へ配送するための配送料が掛かります。アプリに登録したクレジットカードで決済が行われます。
◇ご利用可能な国・地域
