You’re not alone. Work virtually 1-on-1 with a therapist or coach (or both) who will tailor the AbleTo program to meet your specific needs. Proven to reduce depression, stress, and anxiety, our programs include self-paced digital activities, weekly or bi-weekly therapy, and motivational behavioral sessions. We use evidence-based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy methods over 8 sessions to teach you skills that can help you feel better and live better. Plus, AbleTo costs as little as $0 for eligible participants, and it’s a fully covered benefit for 95% of our participants.
