舞台はダンキラマイスターを目指す若者たちの学び舎“名門・紅鶴学園中学高等学校”。
学園に通う幾千の学生ダンサーから選ばれた“ゴールド生”たちは
時には競い、時には協力しながら日々ダンキラ技術を磨く。
コーチ科に通う“あなた”は、ダンキラや日常生活を通して
彼らを一人前のダンサーに育てあげることを目指し、彼らと共に歩んでいく。
