Your Week is a simple planner that you can use to focus on your most important tasks each week and stay on top of everything you need to do.
PLAN YOUR WEEK
We recommend you take a few minutes at the start of each week to set some goals and note them down. Keep these focused: the 3-5 things you should do to consider your week successful.
When a new task comes up during the week, consider whether you can fit it in this week or, if not, file it for later.
Each day, check in on your progress against your planned goals and consider reprioritising if circumstances change.
ORGANISE YOUR TASKS
Within each week, you can drag and drop tags to reorder them. You might want to do this to prioritise your tasks visually.
You can drag and drop tasks to move them between weeks. Keep your week clear by moving less important tasks to “Later”.
You can also add coloured tags to a task by writing “#” followed by a tag. For example: “Update presentation text #work”.
MAKE PLANNING A HABIT
You can set up a weekly reminder to plan in your account settings, so that you always find time to review your goals.
You can also connect your calendar to Your Week to see an event summarising your goals each week, right inside the calendar you use every day.
Your Week updates automatically, so you always have the latest version.

We have also improved performance, so that it’s smoother to scroll when you have many tasks.
