・疾患管理
血圧など、日々の健康状態を記録し、振り返ることができます。医師と共有し、相談することで、より良い診療につながります。

・オンライン診察
通常の対面診察に加えて、ご自宅などで、医師の表情を見ながら診察を受けることができます。

【ご利用にあたって】
・アプリのご利用は無料ですが、「オンライン診察」による受診は、医療費が発生します。詳細は医療機関にお問い合わせください。
・通信事業者のデータ料金が適用される場合があります。無制限のデータプランまたはWi-Fi接続の利用をお勧めします。
