Description of VOMS

This application is integrated with the wider Visitors Operational Management System (VOMS) and allows the STC Operational Management Team to monitor and record Surveys and Violations against their Manpower Partners.

Custom, reusable and flexible surveys are created by STC and then assigned to STC users to monitor Manpower Partners performance. Responses are recorded and collated to give an overview of which Partners are fulfilling their duties in the way that best aligns with STC values and commitment to its customers.

Violations are issued for breaches in STC’s code of conduct in an effort to align all Partners to the best level of operational behaviour and attitude.
