VOLVO Roadside Assistance is a smartphone application for VOLVO owners.

*** Roadside Assistance Request
In case of vehicle trouble on roadside, this application allows the VOLVO owner to quickly request a roadside assistance by simply pressing a “Help me now” button.
Registered customer information, vehicle information and location information are automatically sent to a VOLVO Roadside Assistance operator, who will assist you and provide you with an immediate dispatching service.
*Operator may call you back to verify your registered information. This might require some time.
*** General Inquiry
By simply tapping “Roadside Help” button you can also make a quick call to VOLVO Roadside Assistance, available 24 hours, 7 days a week.
For any inquiry other than Roadside Assistance, please contact VOLVO Customer Center (9:00-17:00, Monday-Friday, excl. national holidays)
*** NOTE
For vehicles which warranty period has expired, owner has the responsibility for any roadside assistance fee.
Depending on weather conditions or traffic conditions, road service technician may arrive later than you expect.
Depending on the telecommunication condition, the application may not work properly. In this case please make a direct contact to the Roadside Assistance.

Q: Is there any cost when I ask for Roadside Assistance service?
A: There is no cost for Roadside Assistance service as long as the vehicle is in the designated warranty period. (Some cost may occur depending on the type of trouble or the type of repair.)
Q: Can the Roadside Assistance operator have access to my personal information registered on Volvo App?
A: Your personal information is securely stored only in your application. Roadside Assistance operator is not able to view your personal information unless you request the service. For more information about personal information policy, please refer to Volvo Car Japan Privacy Policy.
Q: If I replace my phone with a new one, can my registration data be transferred to the new device automatically?
A: Your data can not be transferred automatically, since they are stored only in your device. When you replace your device with a new one, please register your information again.
