Muds are the predecessors of modern MMO’s, and as such are less cpu and graphically intensive than an MMO. The Valshara Client is designed to replicate the experience of a high end mud client on Android. Currently many features are still in development but it is at a point where it is usable in most muds. Currently, the more advanced features have only been tested on Aardwolf, Teramud (Arcane Ages), and MozartMud.
A list of muds and associated ip addresses can be found at www.mudconnect.com and they can be put in the address and port number fields in the Options menu of the client.
I am planning on adding scripting, more macros, triggers, and an address book in the near future as well as many other features under the hood.
Patch notes:
-Multiple VI improvements, added labels to buttons that were missing them.
-Added autodetection of screen reader and switch to screen reader mode if one is present
-Removed ASCII art from screen reader view.
-Added option to toggle extended direction buttons (nw, sw, ne, se) for muds that don’t have them
-Changed color scheme of options menu to be higher contrast
-Numerous bug fixes and quality of life improvements
