The Tempo mobile app is your new fitness assistant, creating a weekly sequence of workouts designed to meet your goals on your preferred training days. Its core feature, My Plan, recommends classes and tracks your progress so all you have to do is show up.

Tempo (tempo.fit) helps you progress toward your goals using smart technology that combines 3D modeling and artificial intelligence to track your motion, count your reps, and improve your form in real time.

Create bespoke weekly workout plans based on your goals, experience level, and schedule preferences, through the My Plan feature.

Flexible Plans:
Want to adjust your plan? Control what you have set up for the day or week by swapping classes, changing days or adding an extra class to your schedule.
