Pretende-se que o aplicativo do TCE/TO seja uma ferramenta de acesso simples e rápida para auxiliar os jurisdicionados e a sociedade em geral.

O aplicativo terá a opção de ser utilizado com perfil anônimo, sendo este tipo de acesso restrito para algumas funcionalidades, ou poderá entrar no Portal do TCE/TO e realizar o registro do aplicativo, o qual será vinculado o aplicativo, CPF e o aparelho de celular. Neste momento será identificado seu perfil de acesso, através do qual será apresentada as funcionalidades do aplicativo por completo. vale ressaltar que serão aceitos somente registros de usuários que estiverem cadastrados no Sistema de Cadastro Único – CADUN – e possuírem um certificado digital válido. Esta obrigação tem o objetivo de certificar a veracidade da identidade do usuário, possibilitando que no futuro o aplicativo se torne um canal de comunicação oficial do TCE/TO.

Formas de Acesso:

Acesso Restrito
Para ter acesso às opções que contenham informações pessoais, o usuário, após baixar e instalar o aplicativo em seu celular, terá que realizar o registro através da leitura do QR Code.
A geração do QR Code para o usuário realizar o registro se dará de 2 (duas) formas:

I – Online
O usuário poderá acessar o Portal do Jurisdicionado, realizar o login através de 1 certificado digital E-CPF válido e escolher a opção “Registrar Dispositivo”, onde será solicitado e validado o número do seu celular e, posteriormente, apresentado na tela o QR Code.

II – Presencial
O usuário virá pessoalmente a sede do Tribunal de Contas do Estado do Tocantins e solicitar no Protocolo a geração de um QR Code para registro do seu aplicativo. Nesse momento será solicitado sua documentação pessoal (CPF, RG, Comprovante de Residência), a qual será validada junto ao CADUN e será emitida uma chave de acesso para o cadastro restrito para o aplicativo e acessar o site do Tribunal para cadastrar seu dispositivo por meio da chave e fazer a leitura do QR Code.

III – Acesso Público
O acesso público permitirá ao usuário acesso às opções gerais do aplicativo.

1 – PENDÊNCIAS DO USUÁRIO
Através do menu pendências será possível acompanhar e compartilhar via aplicativo de mensagem instalado no aparelho celular os registros listados para o usuário referentes às seguintes aplicações:
Prazos das Remessas,Assinaturas das Remessas – que estão com pendências de assinaturas e envio dos módulos do Sicap AP, ACCI, Contábil, CADUN, IEGM, Alertas e LCO (Nada Consta), ficando visível enquanto a remessa não for assinada.
Processo em Pauta – alerta quando um processo em que seu CPF esteja como responsável/interessado/procurador for pautado.
Comunicações SICOP – alerta de envio de citações, intimações, expedientes e comunicações até que o usuário dê ciência via sistema SICOP.
Cadun – alerta de informações de seu cadastro pessoal, contato, documentos pessoais digitalizados e pessoas do rol estão faltando e/ou estão desatualizadas.
ACD – alerta dos boletos pendentes de pagamento.
SICAP-LCO – alerta referente ao nada consta mensal.

Apresentará os processos que o usuário registrado no aplicativo esteja como responsável/interessado/procurador.

Restricted access
