Quickly verify someone’s vaccination status with the SMART Health Card Verifier app. Scanning a SMART Health Card QR code reveals:
– Whether the SMART Health Card is valid
– Whether the issuer is in The CommonTrust Network’s Registry of trusted issuers
– Key information on the SMART Health Card (issuer name, vaccine type, dates of vaccine doses, and name and date of birth of vaccine recipient)

Businesses like bars, restaurants, schools and live event venues can use this free app to validate SMART Health Cards upon entry.

NOTE: The Verifier app only scans SMART Health Cards. It does not scan paper CDC cards.

A SMART Health Card is a digital or printed version of your vaccination history or test results, shared through QR Codes and issued by supported states, pharmacies, and providers.
