En ple segle XXI el problema de la resistència antibiòtica és cada vegada més apressant. De tots depèn ajudar a minimitzar el seu impacte mitjançant la nostra implicació a fer un ús més adequat dels antibiòtics. El grup P-ILEHRDA(equipo PROA de Lleida), com a instrument de la nostra institució sanitària dedicat a fomentar una millor prescripció antimicrobiana, posa aquesta eina digital a la disposició del món sanitari per a tal fi. Aquesta APP fonamenta la seva estructura en la inclusió dels diferents protocols d’aquells processos infecciosos més prevalents a la nostra regió. Tots ells tenen un caràcter territorial per la qual cosa han estat aprovats sobre un consens general de professionals de diverses especialitats, tant des de l’àmbit de l’atenció primària, hospitals i unitats sociosanitàries a més de centres residencials geriàtrics i d’atenció a discapacitats, estratificats per edat pediàtrica o d’adults.

In the 21st century, the problem of antibiotic resistance is becoming more and more urgent. It is up to us to help minimize their impact through our involvement in better use of antibiotics. The P-ILEHRDA group (PROA team in Lleida), as an instrument of our healthcare institution dedicated to promoting a better antimicrobial prescription, makes this digital tool available to the healthcare world for this purpose. This APP bases its structure on the inclusion of the different protocols of those infectious processes most prevalent in our region. All of them are territorial in nature and have been approved by a general consensus of professionals from various fields, from primary care, hospitals and social health units, as well as geriatric residential centers and disabled, stratified by pediatric or adult age.
