Avant le séjour hospitalier : MyHGO guide et accompagne les patient(e)s pour préparer leur hospitalisation et organiser leur retour à domicile.
Après l’hospitalisation : MyHGO permet à l’équipe soignante d’exercer le suivi médical à distance avec des questionnaires médicaux adaptés à chaque patient(e).
MyHGO permet ainsi un suivi sûr, personnalisé et rassurant.
