Roles

Jefes de Equipos Técnicos
Pueden gestionar y asignar los avisos a cada miembro de equipo.
Técnicos
Puede gestionar sus avisos y autoasignarse los que estén libres

Funcionalidades:

Notificación Avisos – Los técnicos recibirán una notificación cada vez que se les asigna un aviso.
Detalle del Aviso:
-ID del Aviso
-SLA – Prioridad & Tiempos
-Fecha de creación & Fecha tope para su realización
-Fotos
-Localización
–Dónde está
–Distancia a la que está el aviso de tu posición actual
–Cómo llegar
-Comentarios Gestor & Ciudadano
-IMPORTANTE – Esta funcionalidad permitirá a los técnicos comunicarse directamente con lo gestores de forma bidireccional
Comunicación Bidireccional & Trazabilidad – Mediante el sistema de “Notas de trabajo” habrá una comunicación bidireccional entre los técnicos y gestores que permitirá dejar registrada una trazabilidad completa de cada aviso.
Check-List de Tareas – Cada aviso podrá tener un listado de tareas que asegure la realización por parte de los técnicos los protocolos de ejecución, calidad y seguridad.
Resolución Avisos – Una vez solucionado por parte de un técnico el aviso asignado podrá notificar su resolución y aportar una foto que certifique la nueva situación, esta luego podrá ser enviada al ciudadano con lo que la percepción de servicio será aún mayor.

Functionalities:

Notification Notices – Technicians will receive a notification each time they are assigned a notice.
Notice Detail:

-Date of creation & Deadline for its realization

-IMPORTANT – This functionality will allow technicians to communicate directly with the managers in a bidirectional way
Bidirectional Communication & Traceability – Through the “Working Notes” system there will be a two-way communication between technicians and managers that will allow to record a complete traceability of each notice.
Tasks Check-List – Each notice may have a list of tasks that ensures the execution by the technicians of the execution, quality and safety protocols.
Resolution Notices – Once solved by a technician the assigned notice can notify its resolution and provide a photo that certifies the new situation, this can then be sent to the citizen with what the perception of service will be even older
