KAY® PROTECT™ is a digital checklist, food safety, and compliance management program that combines digital technology with our QSR industry knowledge and field expertise to deliver improved food safety protection and streamlined operations. With this application, the program allows for Bluetooth™ food temperature monitoring, customize cleaning and sanitation checklists. Reports tracking compliance and corrective actions, along with training content integrated into the application enables improved compliance any time of the day.

In this release we have added a mix of new features, enhancements and back-end features that will continue to deliver on the simple and intuitive principles our users have come to expect. Enhancements include checklist exceptions for planning and blackout dates, and the ability to add additional thermometers. New features include time zone management and the ability to manage customer who migrate to the new customer portal.
