O Gestor de OS é uma aplicação voltada para o gerenciamento de ordens de serviço dos técnicos da Valenet. Por meio do aplicativo é possível que o técnico possa:
– Gerenciar sua agenda dos próximos 7 dias;
– Verificar o Status das OS encerradas
– Realizar feedback do atendimento de uma ordem de serviço;
– Adotar ordens de serviço próximas a ele;
– Visualizar distâncias e traçar rotas até suas ordens de serviço;
– Mudar região de atuação quando estiver fora da região em que está cadastrado;
– Visualizar o histórico das ordens de serviço realizadas diariamente.
