This is an expansion language pack for AnySoftKeyboard.
Install AnySoftKeyboard first, and then select the French keyboard from AnySoftKeyboard’s Settings -> Languages -> Keyboards menu.
Updated French language pack :

and rapid access to apostrophes and hyphen
