Die Flugärger-App der Verbraucherzentrale NRW ermöglicht als Selbsthilfe-Tool, Ansprüche bequem und kostenlos zu berechnen und bei der Airline geltend zu machen.

Bei Flugärger haben Reisende unter Umständen Anspruch auf bis zu 600 Euro – unabhängig vom Ticketpreis. Und auch wenn der Flugärger zusätzliche Ausgaben wie Verpflegung am Flughafen oder Hotelzimmer verursacht hat, haben Fluggäste oft Ansprüche gegenüber der Airline.
