CARGO é uma plataforma de software que conecta embarcadores, transportadoras e motoristas (autônomos ou funcionários) na busca pela melhor opção de frete.

Este aplicativo (de uso gratuito) deve ser usado apenas por motoristas.

Diferente das demais plataformas cujo foco basicamente é quantidade de anúncios e preço, nosso foco é no relacionamento entre transportadores e motoristas, sem interferir na negociação do valor do frete.

As transportadoras definem suas redes de relacionamento adicionando motoristas presentes nesta plataforma (este aplicativo instalado). Ao anunciar um frete, a transportadora define os itens indispensáveis para o atendimento:
• Região ou estado de atendimento (do motorista)
• Data e local de início da viagem
• Data e local de término da viagem
• Peso (capacidade de transporte)

Para a sua segurança e das transportadoras, todos os dados preenchidos já estão sob as regras da Lei Geral de Proteção de Dados (Lei nº 13.709/2018), ou seja, são mostrados apenas os dados necessários, durante apenas o período que são necessários.

Para que seu atendimento à transportadora tenha sucesso e possa ser bem avaliado (e você possa receber até anúncios diretos, sem concorrência), é importante saber:

• Este aplicativo coleta seu posicionamento (o GPS deve estar sempre ligado) a cada 4 (quatro) minutos;

• A plataforma começa a mostrar seu posicionamento para a transportadora apenas 6 (seis) horas antes do início da viagem. Assim, a transportadora terá certeza que você estará a caminho, sem precisar que você ligue (ou receba ligações) para confirmar sua ida;

• Iniciada a viagem, você poderá reportar qualquer evento necessário ao detalhamento da sua viagem;

• Uma vez que você encerre a viagem, a transportadora não terá mais acesso ao seu posicionamento em tempo real (ao vivo), 6 (seis) horas depois;

• O posicionamento durante a viagem estará disponível para a transportadora em até 7 (sete) dias depois da finalização da viagem, para efeitos de auditoria. Depois deste período, estes dados serão permanentemente destruídos de nossas bases de dados, não podendo, de forma alguma, ser recuperados.

Unlike other platforms whose focus is basically on quantity of ads and price, our focus is on the relationship between carriers and drivers, without interfering in the negotiation of freight charges.

The carriers define their relationship networks by adding drivers present on this platform (this application installed). When announcing a freight, the carrier defines the essential items for the service:
• Region or state of attendance (of the driver)
• Date and place of departure
• Date and place of the end of the trip
• Weight (carrying capacity)

For your safety and that of the carriers, all data filled in are already under the rules of the General Data Protection Law (Law No. 13.709 / 2018), that is, only the necessary data is shown, during only the period that is necessary.

In order for your service to the carrier to be successful and can be well evaluated (and you can even receive direct ads, without competition), it is important to know:

• This application collects your position (the GPS must always be on) every 4 (four) minutes;

• The platform starts showing its position to the carrier just 6 (six) hours before the start of the trip. This way, the carrier will make sure that you are on your way, without needing you to call (or receive calls) to confirm your departure;

• Once the trip has started, you can report any event necessary to detail your trip;

• Once you finish the trip, the carrier will no longer have access to your positioning in real time (live), 6 (six) hours later;

• Positioning during the trip will be available to the carrier within 7 (seven) days after the end of the trip, for audit purposes. After this period, this data will be permanently destroyed from our databases and cannot be recovered in any way.
