LIMITATIONS

Virtual AU mobile numbers are still new and unfortunately not all services support sending to Buzzy numbers yet.
Specifically, some services that use Alphanumeric Sender-IDs may not yet support sending SMS to Buzzy numbers.

VERIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

Australian mobile numbers require Proof of Identity and Proof of Address:
– Proof of Identity documents include Driver’s Licence, Government ID Card, or Passport.
– Proof of Address documents include Driver’s Licence or Government ID Card that shows Address, Rent receipt, Tax notice, or Utility bill.

SUBSCRIPTIONS

Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the period.

Account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period.

Subscriptions may be managed by the user and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to the Google Play subscription management page.

No cancellation of the current subscription is allowed during active subscription period.

CREDITS

Use credits to make calls and send messages on your Buzzy number.

Incoming calls and messages are free, however you will not be able to receive calls or messages while your credit balance is at zero.

Credits do not expire and roll-over each month.

You may purchase more credits at any time via the in-app Purchase Credits menu.

CALLS

Incoming calls are free.

Outgoing calls cost 1 credit per minute or part thereof.

You will not be able to make or receive calls while your credit balance is at zero.

Outgoing calls may be disconnected mid-call if the duration of the call exceeds your available credits.

MESSAGES

Incoming messages are free.

Outgoing messages cost 1 credit per standard SMS.

A standard SMS message has a maximum of 160 characters. Longer messages will constitute two or more messages and thus the credits deducted will increase accordingly. Please see the section ‘SMS Message Character Charges’ in the Terms of Use for more information.

You will not be able to send or receive messages while your credit balance is at zero.

Any messages received while your credit balance is at zero will be withheld until your credit balance is topped-up.
