Belediyemiz sınırları içerisinde yaşayan vatandaşların talep, şikayet ve görüşlerini 7/24 kesintisiz bir şekilde almak, verdiğimiz hizmetlerin değerlendirmesi ve yapılan başvurulara hızlı, etkin ve etkileşimli çözümler üretebilmek amacıyla geliştirilmiştir.

Vatandaşlarımız bu uygulama ile her türlü talep, şikayet ve görüşlerini zaman ve mekan kısıtlaması olmaksızın iletebilmekte, eklenen resim ve videolar sayesinde personelimizin onların gözünden talebi görebilmesi, hızlı ve etkin çözümler üretebilmesi sağlanmaktadır.

Başvurunun gönderilmesini takiben vatandaşlarımız süreçle ilgili tüm değişiklikler ve güncellemeler hakkında kendilerinin tercih ettikleri geri bildirim yönetimiyle bilgilendirilmekte, sürecin tamamlanması sonrasında başvuru sahibi, belediyemizin ve personelimizin vermiş olduğu hizmeti değerlendirebilmektedir.

Vatandaşlarımızdan aldığımız bu geri bildirim sayesinde, yaşanılan mahalle ve bölge ölçeğinde memnuniyetin arttırılması yönünde kurumsal düzenlemeler yapmayı ve hizmetlerimizi geliştirmeyi hedeflemekteyiz.
It has been developed in order to receive the requests, complaints and opinions of the citizens living within the borders of our municipality 7/24 without interruption, to evaluate the services we provide and to produce fast, effective and interactive solutions for the applications made.

With this application, our citizens can convey all their requests, complaints and opinions without any time and space restrictions, and thanks to the added pictures and videos, our personnel can see the demand from their eyes and produce fast and effective solutions.

Following the submission of the application, our citizens are informed about all the changes and updates regarding the process with their preferred feedback management, and after the completion of the process, the applicant can evaluate the service provided by our municipality and staff.

Thanks to this feedback we received from our citizens, we aim to make institutional arrangements and improve our services in order to increase satisfaction in the neighborhood and region scale.
