Specially designed and unique to the All-In experience is the Basic-Fit All-In App.
The All-In App connects to the Home Bike via Bluetooth. Thanks to this connection the App can display bike data during the Workout. During the Workouts you see the current Cadence or RPM (revolutions per minute), the delivered power (in Watts), the distance (in metres) and your actual calorie consumption during the exercise.
The Basic-Fit All-In App offers a wide variety of Cycling workouts. The workouts are divided into 2 main categories:
Rhythm Rides:
The music gets you going in the Rhythm Rides, it sets your rhythm and boosts your motivation. The intensity of the workout depends on the resistance you choose and matches your fitness level. Rhythm Rides vary in duration between 20 and 60 minutes per session.
Route Rides:
Our highly experienced Cycle presenters guide you through beautiful landscapes and impressive climbs on the world’s most famous cycling routes. Enjoy the views and train like a pro cyclist using smart intervals to get the most out of your training session. Route Rides are available in short interval sessions of 20 minutes to Endurance rides of up to 80 minutes.
