Uma das principais causas dos desvios nos custos na construção civil é a má gestão da mão de obra. Objetivando otimizar esse controle a ferramenta Agilean foi desenvolvida. O Aplicativo de Gestão Integrada Lean possuí uma plataforma web, onde o planejamento dos pacotes de trabalho são criados com a atribuição dos recursos humanos às tarefas e com custos vindo do orçamento da obra. O sistema gera as ordens de serviço (kanbans de produção) e a remuneração dos operários é definida pela produção puxada, pois ao passar o seu crachá na Estação Agilean, o operário tem acesso ao pacote de serviço que ele foi alocado, com indicação da atividade que será realizada, pavimento, equipe, custo e datas. Em qualquer pavimento que ele estiver a estação irá imprimir os pacotes com as informações vindas da L.B. de forma a facilitar a distribuição das tarefas no campo e a coordenação dos mestres e encarregados.
One of the main causes of deviations in construction costs is the poor management of labor. In order to optimize this control the Agilean tool was developed. The Lean Integrated Management Application has a web platform, where the planning of work packages is created with the allocation of human resources to the tasks and with costs coming from the budget of the work. The system generates work orders (production kanbans) and the workers’ compensation is defined by the pulled production, because when passing their badge at the Agilean Station, the worker has access to the service package that he has allocated, indicating the activity which will be performed, pavement, staff, cost and dates. On any deck the station will print the packages with the information coming from L.B. in order to facilitate the distribution of the tasks in the field and the coordination of the masters and in charge.
