・SNS（Twitter、LINE、instagram）に禁酒状況をシェア（機種によってはスクリーンショットできないものがございます。ご了承ください。）

■使い方
１.最初に名前、飲酒頻度、飲んでいた量などのデータを入力します
（※入力したデータはローカルにのみ保存され、他人には知られません）
２.「設定してスタート！」ボタンを押してスタート！
３.さまざまな禁酒のデータが、自動計算されて「努力の成果」として表示されます
４.お酒を飲みたくなったら、誘惑に打ち勝つボタンを押してアドバイスを表示します
５.設定したデータを変更したい場合は、画面左上の「メニュー」ボタンを押して、設定変更画面に移動し入力します
６.TwitterやLINEで禁酒データをシェアしたい場合は、画面右上の「Twitter」アイコンボタンを押します。禁煙した本数とアプリのスクリーンショットが自動で入力されて投稿できます
７．SNSシェア時に体重を隠したい場合は、右上の目のマークを押すと体重が非表示になります
８．努力の成果パネルをタップしますと、おみくじ画面に移動します
９．「体重」ボタンより、毎日の体重を入力して、初期体重からの差分がわかります

■ How to use
1. First, enter data such as name, frequency of drinking, and amount of alcohol you were drinking.
(* The entered data is saved only locally and is not known to others)
2. Press the “Set and start!” Button to start!
3. Various abstinence data are automatically calculated and displayed as “results of efforts”
4. If you want to drink, press the button to overcome the temptation and get advice
5. If you want to change the set data, press the “Menu” button on the upper left of the screen to move to the setting change screen and enter it.
6. If you want to share the prohibition data on Twitter or LINE, press the “Twitter” icon button at the top right of the screen. The number of quits and screenshots of the app are automatically entered and posted.
7. If you want to hide your weight when sharing on SNS, press the eye mark on the upper right to hide your weight
8. Tap the effort result panel to move to the Omikuji screen
9. From the “Weight” button, enter your daily weight and see the difference from your initial weight
