功能及服務說明：
‧我要報案：為了簡便使用者手機書寫之不便，特別建置GPS定位功能，減少您輸入污染地址的寶貴時間; 再以淺顯易懂的圖示呈現污染項目，方便您的報案需求。
‧案件查詢：查詢內容有二種: 1. 以案件編號查詢辦理進度; 2. 查閱曾報案之歷史案件紀錄。
‧環保局電話：按下環保局名稱即可直撥電話至該局公害陳情受理窗口。(提醒您!部分縣市之1999便民服務專線為計費通話)
‧電話報案： 0800-066-666是公害陳情報案免付費專線，專線電話可直轉發話所在地之環保局。

Function and service description:

‧Case inquiry: There are two types of inquiry content: 1. Inquire about the progress of the processing by the case number; 2. Check the historical case records that have been reported.
‧Environmental protection bureau telephone: Press the name of the environmental protection bureau to directly dial the public nuisance complaint acceptance window of the bureau. (Remind you! The 1999 convenience service lines in some counties and cities are billed calls)
‧Telephone report: 0800-066-666 is a toll-free hotline for public nuisance reports. The hotline can be forwarded directly to the local environmental protection bureau.
