道や川の異常を発見したら「パトレポしまね」を使って、写真と位置情報を送ってください。
みなさまからの情報が、道と川の安全につながります！

【主な機能】
●レポートを作成（簡易レポート機能）
簡単な操作で、道や川の異常について写真と位置情報及び内容を通報する機能です。
①「レポートを作成」をタップ
②道や川の異常個所を撮影
③通報する事象を選択
④自由コメントを記入（任意）
⑤通報内容を確認して送信

●詳細レポート（詳細レポート機能）
道や川の異常について、2枚の写真と位置情報及び内容を通報する機能です。
①「詳細レポート」をタップ
②近景写真にて、異常個所を撮影
③遠景写真にて、以上箇所の道路や河川との位置関係を撮影
④地図上で位置を補正
⑤通報する事象を選択
⑥自由コメントを記入（任意）
⑦通報内容を確認して送信

【留意事項】
・パトレポしまねは無料でご利用いただけますが、アプリのダウンロード及び、通報にかかる通信費用については、ご利用いただく方のご負担となります。
・時間帯によっては、すぐに対応できない場合があります。
・写真を撮影される際は、周囲の状況に注意し、安全であることを確認してください。
・自動車等の運転中には利用しないでください。
・通報頂いた内容によっては、対応に時間を要する場合もございますので、ご了承ください。
・島根県外からの通報はできません。

【免責事項】
・システムのトラブル等によりパトレポしまねが利用できなかった場合、データの消失その他の不具合が発生した場合、島根県はいかなる責任も負いません。

● Detailed report (detailed report function)
It is a function to report two photos, location information and contents about road and river abnormalities.
① Tap “Detailed report”
(2) Shoot abnormal spots with a foreground photograph
③ Photograph the positional relationship between the above roads and rivers in a distant view photograph
補正 Correct the position on the map
選 択 Select event to report
⑥ Enter a free comment (optional)
送信 Check the contents of the report and send

[Notes]
・ Patrepo Shimane can be used free of charge, but communication costs for downloading applications and making reports will be borne by the user.
・ Depending on the time, it may not be possible to respond immediately.
・ Be careful about your surroundings when taking photos and make sure they are safe.
・ Do not use while driving a car.
・ Please note that depending on the content of the report, it may take time to respond.
・ You cannot report from outside Shimane Prefecture.
