إحسان هي منصّة وطنية سعودية للعمل الخيري تعمل على تطوير الحلول التقنية المتقدّمة واستثمار البيانات والذّكاء الاصطناعي بهدف تعظيم أثر المشاريع والخدمات الخيرية والتنموية واستدامتها، من خلال الشراكات الفاعلة بين القطاع الحكومي والخاص والقطاع غير الربحي. وصدرت الموافقة عليها بتاريخ 13-08-1441هـ بناءً على الأمر السامي رقم 48019، وتعمل تحت إشراف الهيئة السعودية للبيانات والذكاء الاصطناعي «سدايا» وعدد من الجهات الرسمية الأخرى.
تهدف المنصة إلى تعزيز قيم العمل الإنساني لأفراد المجتمع من خلال التكامل مع الجهات الحكومية المختلفة وتعظيم نفعها، وتمكين القطاع غير الربحي وتوسيع أثره، وتفعيل دور المسؤولية الاجتماعية في القطاع الخاص والمساهمة في رفع مستوى الموثوقية والشفافية للعمل الخيري والتنموي. كما تساعد المنصّة الجهات غير الربحية المختلفة على تنمية مواردها المالية، وتسهّل عملية التبرع للباحثين عن الخير، بالتكامل مع بقية المنصّات، واطلاعهم على مختلف مجالات التبرع المتاحة في داخل المملكة العربية السعودية في مكان واحد.
تقدم المنصّة فرص تبرع متنوّعة تغطي العديد من جوانب العمل الخيري داخل المملكة وخارجها وفق ما يرِدها من مشاريع وفرص عبر شركائها من الجهات الرَّسمية، وتوفر خيارات متعدّدة لتسريع عملية التبرع. ويغطي التبرع مجالات الصحة والتعليم والإسكان والأوقاف ورعاية الأيتام والأرامل والسجناء وغيرها من المجالات الخيرية والتنموية المختلفة. ومن خلال خدمة المعلومات المفتوحة تعمل «إحسان» على تمكين الشركات والجهات غير الربحية من الوصول إلى التقارير والإحصائيات والمعلومات اللازمة لتسهيل معرفة الأولويات وحجم الاحتياج على مستوى المناطق والأفراد. كما توفر المنصة آلية متطورة ومتقدمة ترفع درجة الموثوقية والشفافية والسهولة في جمع التبرعات، وتسهم في تنظيم ونشر ثقافة العمل الخيري والتنموي. وتخضع المنصّة لأعلى المعايير الأمنية المعتمدة من قبل الهيئة السعودية للبيانات والذكاء الاصطناعي «سدايا». كما تقوم المنصّة باستعراض الفرص المتعددة للجهات المختلفة، بهدف المساهمة في دعم مشاريعها الخيرية والتنموية للفئات المجتمعية الأكثر احتياجاً. وتشتمل خدمات ومنتجات المنصّة على برنامج «هدية إحسان» الذي يتيح للمتبرع أن يتبرع بالنيابة عن أحد أفراد أهله أو أحبابه؛ نشراً لثقافة التبرع وتعزيز الترابط الاجتماعي. بالإضافة إلى برنامج الزكاة، وهو برنامج إلكتروني متكامل يغطي جوانب الزكاة المختلفة كزكاة الأسهم وزكاة الذهب والفضة وزكاة عروض التجارة وغيرها. وكذلك بوابة الخدمات الخيرية الخاصة بمسؤولي الجمعيات الخيرية، والتي تسهّل لهم رفع الفرص وعرضها عبر المنصة بشكلٍ مباشر، ورفع تقارير المشاريع، والاطلاع على تقارير التبرعات الواردة لها.
وتوفر المنصّة حساباً مستقلاً لكل جهة خيرية أو غير ربحية لإدارة التبرعات وإصدار التقارير مع مراعاة أعلى مستويات الأمان والموثوقية، والتكامل مع كافة بوابات الدفع الإلكتروني. كذلك تزوّد المنصّة المتبرعين بتقارير لحظية حول حالة حملات التبرع، وتغطية تكاليف كل مشروع، وإمكانية التبرع بنقاط الولاء من شركات القطاع الخاص. وتأخذ المنصّة على عاتقها تكريم المتميزين في العطاء التنموي بشكلِ دوري. وللمساهمة في نشر الخير ومضاعفة الأجر، وفّرت المنصّة خدمة «غراس» التي تتيح مشاركة فرص التبرع عبر وسائل التواصل المختلفة، ويتمّ حساب النقاط بعد كل عملية تبرع وإضافتها إلى الصّفحة الشخصية للمساهم.

The platform offers a variety of donation opportunities that cover many aspects of charitable work inside and outside the Kingdom, according to the projects and opportunities it receives through its partners from the official authorities, and provides multiple options to speed up the donation process. The donation covers the areas of health, education, housing, endowments, care for orphans, widows and prisoners, and other various charitable and developmental fields. Through the open information service, Ihsan works to enable companies and non-profit organizations to access the necessary reports, statistics and information to facilitate knowledge of priorities and the extent of need at the level of regions and individuals. The platform also provides a sophisticated and advanced mechanism that increases the degree of reliability, transparency and ease of collecting donations, and contributes to organizing and spreading the culture of charitable and development work. The platform is subject to the highest security standards approved by the Saudi Data and Artificial Intelligence Authority (SDAYA). The platform also reviews the various opportunities for different parties, with the aim of contributing to supporting their charitable and development projects for the most needy societal groups. The platform’s services and products include the “Ihsan Gift” program, which allows the donor to donate on behalf of one of his family members or loved ones; Spreading the culture of donation and promoting social cohesion. In addition to the zakat program, which is an integrated electronic program that covers various aspects of zakat, such as zakat on shares, zakat on gold and silver, zakat on trade offers and others. As well as the charitable services portal for the officials of charitable societies, which facilitates them to raise and display opportunities directly through the platform, submit project reports, and view the reports of donations received.
The platform provides a separate account for each charitable or non-profit entity to manage donations and issue reports, taking into account the highest levels of security and reliability, and integration with all electronic payment gateways. The platform also provides donors with real-time reports on the status of donation campaigns, coverage of the costs of each project, and the ability to donate loyalty points from private sector companies. The platform takes it upon itself to honor the distinguished in development giving on a regular basis.
