أولاً التعريف بالتطبيق :-
تطبيق الورشة الذكية – The Smart Workshop هو تطبيق يعمل علي الهاتف المحمول
يقدم خدمات مجانية للفنيين العاملين في مجالات الأبواب والنوافذ والواجهات والمطابخ والشيش حصيرة بمختلف خاماتها الألومنيوم والـU-pvc والأخشاب المعالجة ( اكريليك – بولي لاك …… الخ ) ويتيح لهم قناة تواصل مع مصادر توريد الخامات اللازمة لتنفيذ الأعمال .

ثانياً المستهدفين لاستخدام التطبيق :-
مستهدف من استخدام التطبيق :-
• كل العاملين فى مجال الأبواب والنوافذ والمطابخ .
• كل العاملين في مجال الألومنيوم والـU-pvc .
• كل العاملين في مجال المطابخ الخشبية ( 18 مم ) .
• التجار المتخصصين في بيع وتوريد الخامات .
• المجالات المتعلقة بالمستهدفين مثل ( العاملين فى الزجاج – العاملين في الرخام … الخ )
• أصحاب المصانع وشركات السحب .
• المتخصصين في مجال الاستيراد والتصدير .
• أصحاب شركات الدهانات وتلوين القطاعات .
وتم تقسيم المستخدمين إلي :-
• فنيين وتجار .
• تقسيم الفنيين إلي فئات ( صاحب ورشة – صاحب معرض – فني – فني زجاج …. الخ ).
• تقسيم التجار إلي فئات ( بيع ألومنيوم – بيع اكسسوارات توريد زجاج …….. الخ ).
• تقسيم الفنيين والتجار الي توزيع جغرافي حسب المحافظة والمدينة .
• يمكن التواصل بين المستهدفين لطلب الخدمات وعمليات البيع والشراء .
 
ثالثا الخدمات المقدمة من خلال التطبيق :-
• حسابات الورشة :- وهي خدمة تتيح للفني تسجيل بيانات العملاء والتعاقدات وتسجيل الدفعات المستحقة والدفعات المسددة ومواعيدها من التنبيه من خلال الاشعارات بمواعيد الدفعات ومواعيد تسليم الأعمال وتفاصيل المقايسات .
• معرض الصور :- خدمة تتيح للفني حفظ صور أعماله داخل التطبيق وتنظيمها وتقسيمها إلي ملفات ومجموعات صور تتيح له عرضها علي العملاء ويتم حفظ الصور على خادم التطبيق للرجوع إليها إذا فقد الهاتف أو تعطل .
• الكتالوجات :- وهي خدمة مقدمة لشركات توريد الخامات لعرض كتالوج بمنتجاتها من اكسسوارات أو كارتلات ألوان للدهانات ومسطحات المطابخ والعدد وكتالوجات خاصة بالقطاعات.
• التخصيمات :- يستطيع الفني من خلالها عمل التخصيمات اللازمة لكل الأعمال داخل ورشته وعمل تقارير وأوامر تشغيل للتقطيع وحساب الخامات وتحتوي علي تخصيمات للأبواب والنوافذ والمطابخ والشيش حصيرة والزوايا والركن والشطلات والدورانات .
• تبادل خبرات :- وهي منصة فيديوهات يستطيع الفنيين تبادل الخبرات ونقل المعارف من خلال فيديوهات تعليمية في كل ما يخص المجال .
• الدعم الفني :- يستطيع الفني الحصول علي دعم فني واجابة عن استفساراته الفنية في جميع مناحي المجال من خلال متخصصين .
• طلبات المنتجات :- يستطيع الفني القيام بعمليات طلبات الشراء لأي منتجات أو مقايسات وتصل الطلبات إلي التجار وموردين الخامات ويفتح بينهم قناة اتصال لعقد الاتفاق علي شراء المنتج .
• خدمة الفني :- هي مجموعة خدمات وتواصل بين الفنيين لخدمة البعض مثل الحصول علي فرص عمل أو تصميم مطابخ أو بيع وشراء عدد مستعملة…… الخ .
• دليل التجار :- هو دليل الكتروني يحتوي علي بيانات التجار المسجلين علي التطبيق وامكانية التواصل معهم ومراسلتهم وتحديد الموقع الجغرافي الخاص بهم .
• خدمة الأخبار :- يتابع فيها الفني أخبار المجال من أخبار المنتجات داخل المجال وتطويراتها وأخبار البورصة ومتابعة طلوع ونزول الأسعار من مصدر رسمي موثوق .

• All workers in the field of wooden kitchens (18 mm).
• Traders specializing in the sale and supply of raw materials.
• Areas related to the targets such as (glass workers – marble workers…etc)
• Factory owners and withdrawal companies.
• Specialists in the field of import and export.
• owners of paints and coloring sectors companies.
Users are divided into:-
• Technicians and dealers.
• Dividing technicians into categories (workshop owner – gallery owner – technician – glass technician …. etc).
• Dividing the merchants into categories (selling aluminum – selling accessories, supplying glass ……..etc).
• Dividing technicians and traders into a geographical distribution by governorate and city.
• It is possible to communicate between the targeted to request services and operations of buying and selling.

Third, the services provided through the application:
• Workshop accounts: a service that allows the technician to record customer and contract data, and to record the due and paid payments and their dates from the alert through notifications of the dates of payments, the dates of delivery of works and the details of the measurements.
• Photo Gallery: a service that allows the technician to save the images of his work inside the application, organize them and divide them into files and groups of images that allow him to display them to clients. The images are saved on the application server for reference if the phone is lost or broken.
• Catalogs: It is a service provided to raw materials supply companies to display a catalog of their products, including accessories or color cartels for paints, kitchen surfaces, tools and catalogs specific to the sectors.
• Discounts: The technician can make the necessary discounts for all the works inside his workshop and make reports and operating orders for cutting and calculating raw materials. It contains discounts for doors, windows, kitchens, blinds, corners, shackles, and rotations.
• Exchange of experiences: It is a video platform where technicians can exchange experiences and transfer knowledge through educational videos in everything related to the field.
• Technical Support: A technician can obtain technical support and answer his technical inquiries in all aspects of the field through specialists.
• Product requests: The technician can carry out purchase requests for any products or measurements. The requests reach the merchants and suppliers of raw materials and open a communication channel between them to conclude an agreement on the purchase of the product.
• Technician Service: It is a set of services and communication between technicians to serve each other, such as obtaining job opportunities, designing kitchens, buying and selling used numbers, etc.
• Merchants’ Directory: It is an electronic directory that contains the data of merchants registered on the application and the possibility of communicating with them, correspondence with them, and determining their geographical location.
• News service: in which the technician follows up on the news of the field, from the news of the products within the field, their developments, the news of the stock market, and the rise and fall of prices from a reliable official source.
